Hello I am Michelle and I look forward to baking for you! I am a mom of 3 beautiful little kids, wife, full time manager at a local financial institution and baker. I have always loved to bake and spend countless hours in the kitchen making Christmas cookies every year. In 2020 I dove head first into royal icing and fell in love with the creative outlet decorating and designing cookies gave me. After almost 2 years of perfecting my recipe and offering cookies to friends and family I officially opened Roling Cookie Studio in 2022. 
I operate out of my home kitchen under Ohio Cottage Food Laws. I specialize in custom decorated sugar cookies but also offer drop cookies upon request.
