How far in advance do I need to submit a custom order?
Custom orders typically need a minimum of 2 week notice. Although 2 week notice does not guarantee availability. Orders with less than two-week notice will be accommodated when possible but will have a rush fee associated.
Do you have a quantity minimum?
Yes, for custom cookie orders I have a minimum of 1 dozen. If you are ordering multiple flavors there is a minimum of 1 dozen per flavor.
What flavor are your cookies?
All pricing listed is based on my signature vanilla bean sugar cookie with vanilla royal icing.
Other flavors may be accommodated upon request and are offered for holiday sales when possible.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
All cookies contain, and/or are baked in a kitchen that also processes: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. I am unable to serve those with severe food allergies at this time.
How long will my cookies remain fresh?
All cookies are individually heat sealed for freshness, unless otherwise requested. Cookies are good at room temperature in an airtight container up to 2 weeks. Cookies can be frozen up to 2 months. Freezing and defrosting instructions can be provided upon request.
NOTE: Cookies may retain freshness in the freezer longer but freshness hasn't been tested beyond 2 months.
Can you ship cookies?
No I cannot ship cookies. Due to Ohio Cottage Food Laws all orders are for local pickup only.
